You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You must have a valid Discord account in good standing to use or receive any of our services.

RAVEN Development offers managed hosting for Discord bots provided by the Customer. "Managed" means we deploy, monitor, and maintain uptime for your bot on our infrastructure. You are responsible for providing functional bot code. We are not responsible for bugs, errors, or unintended behavior originating from your code.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service interruption.

RAVEN Development offers custom software development services including Discord bots, database integrations, web dashboards, websites, and AI integrations. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Work begins only after payment or a deposit has been received as agreed.

Upon full payment and delivery, the Customer receives the delivered source code for their own use. RAVEN Development retains the right to reuse general methodologies, patterns, and non-customer-specific code components in future projects. Any proprietary business logic, content, or data specific to the Customer remains the Customer's property.

Additional services (database integration, web panels, AI integrations, etc.) are subject to the same terms as custom development unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are processed through Stripe (stripe.com) and are subject to Stripe's own terms and payment policies. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Changes to pricing for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

You agree not to use RAVEN Development's services to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Build, host, or operate bots intended for harassment, hate speech, spam, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, stress-test, or harm any RAVEN-managed infrastructure or bots without explicit written authorization
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of RAVEN Development or any third party
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your service without refund.

All code, designs, branding, and unique features created by RAVEN Development — including but not limited to bots such as Sentry, TimeKeeper, and any other RAVEN-developed tools — remain the exclusive intellectual property of RAVEN Development unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RAVEN Development's proprietary software, designs, or code without express written permission.

Source code delivered as part of a custom development engagement is licensed to the Customer for their own use following full payment. This license does not extend to resale, redistribution, or commercial relicensing of the delivered code without written agreement.

RAVEN Development reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our operations or community.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RAVEN Development does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the suitability of any service for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAVEN Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to RAVEN Development in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAVEN Development and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced via our Discord server or website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any other means of resolution is pursued.
