Because RAVEN Development provides digital services and custom software, all sales are generally final. This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to request one. We ask that you contact us before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the service through that date and will not be charged for future periods.
- New subscribers who have not yet had their bot deployed and request cancellation within 48 hours of their first payment are eligible for a full refund.
- After 48 hours or once the bot has been deployed and is actively hosted, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided. You will not be charged for months after cancellation, but no refund is issued for any portion of the current month already paid.
Custom development projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time already invested in scoping, planning, or initial development.
If you cancel a project after work has begun:
- Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable and non-refundable
- Any remaining balance for unstarted work will not be charged
- Partial deliverables (e.g., completed modules) will be delivered to you upon settlement of any outstanding balance for work completed
In the rare event that RAVEN Development is unable to complete a project we have committed to, we will issue a full refund of any amounts paid for undelivered work.
If a delivered product materially fails to meet the agreed-upon scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue through revisions. Refunds for completed and delivered custom work are issued only at our sole discretion in cases where the deliverable fundamentally does not match what was agreed upon and cannot be reasonably corrected.
Add-on services (database integration, web dashboards, AI integrations, websites, etc.) follow the same policy as Custom Discord Bot Development above.
Support tier subscriptions (Supporter, Contributor, Patron, Champion) are voluntary community contributions and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal to stop future charges.
We may issue refunds outside the terms above at our sole discretion in cases involving:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- A service that was never delivered due to an error on our part
- Circumstances required by applicable consumer protection law

- Your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, or order/receipt reference
- The service you purchased
- The reason for your request
